This home is located just 75 yards from beautiful Lake Greeson which is nestled in the foothills of the Quachita Mountains and 2 minutes from Self Creek Boat Ramp. You can walk or drive the short distance to the waters edge from the end of the driveway to enjoy everything Lake Greeson has to offer, whether it be a day of swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking or tie the boat up and walk up to the house for a snack and a little rest after a full day on the lake of water sports. The home is tucked in woods very close to the lake, very quite and peaceful location The home is 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 baths with a 16 x 24 covered screened in porch with plenty of seating for those great times spent listening to all the sounds of the outdoors, there is a covered cooking area on the back with a stainless Holland gas grill for any grilling needs. You can launch your watercraft toys at Self Creek Boat Ramp which is less than one mile from our home. No Smoking Please. Must be 25 years to rent. Renter 25 years or older must accompany all guest 24 years or younger. NO PETS ALLOWED. Ring System. NO Load Music. Quiet time 10PM till 8 AM. Our home is not available to renters that want to use our house as a party place i.e. Loud Music, Drinking and disturbing the neighbors. This is a neighborhood environment. Please be honest about the number of guest. No other guest are allowed on the property without permission from the host. This is due to previous guest not being honest about number guest staying the night at the house. Free WI-FI is included in your stay. Our home is a two story 2500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths. There are 31 miles of trails. The 31 miles cross rocky outlays through a mixed pine and oak forest. It begins at Daisy State Park and travels near Kirby Landing and Bear Creek recreation areas, ending on the west end of Rough Mountain. The Crater of Diamonds State Park is 23 miles located in Murfreesboro, Ark. One of the only places in the world where the public can search for real diamonds in their original volcanic source. The park is 37 acres of plowed field. The eroded surface of a volcanic crater for a variety of rocks, minerals, and gemstones. Any rock or mineral found is yours to KEEP! Cowhide cove is also a public park on Lake Greeson that has walking trails, play ground, swimming beach, fishing, and boat ramp all just a short walk/drive from the house. Less than 5 minutes you can have your boat in the water. The house was built ourselves, and was finished in 2017. The house has 2 queen size bedrooms, downstairs with a full bath. One bedroom upstairs is a bunk room with 6 queen size beds and a full bath. The large screened in back porch with picnic table and outdoor sectional make for a great time with family and friends. There is a deer feeder in the backyard and are always deer and other wildlife to watch. Inside enjoy the open vaulted ceilings with the large leather sectional and gas fireplace for those chilly nights. The house is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, ice maker, Fridge/freezer and outdoor grill/fire pit. We are only a 10 minute drive from Swaha marina were you can rent boats, pontoons, and jet skis, or bring your own and launch yourself at cowhide. Barbecue tools are available inside the cabin. It is located only minutes form Murfreesboro ,The Diamond mine ,Lake Greeson and The Little Missouri River, reffered to around here as" Little Mo" .The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. The master bedroom has master bath with garden tub and seperate shower. The living room is spacious with seating for 10 with satelite tv, DVD, stereo and fireplace. The kitchen has a bar , dining room table and bistro table and chairs, total seating for 10. It has all major appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The other 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of house from master bedroom, so very quiet for all parties .We have a covered deck out back, the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee, along with a terraced backyard. There is an outdoor table and chairs with propane grill and a long park style bench for relaxing. Down on the bottom portion of back yard is a free standing fire pit and a place to put up a couple of hammocks that we furnish to add to your experience. We have re purposed an old house that the owner from the 40's built, who was a trapper and mink farmer, into an outdoor pavillion for relaxing and gathering. Be sure and ask me about that story. We left as much of his original work as possible to preserve his story. This is a wonderful place to stay as we have enjoyed it for years while watching kids and grandkids grow up. Our property is located on the site of the historic Royston Grist, Lumber and Textile mill. Fully furnished with all the amenities of home. Sleeps ten comfortably, three queen size beds in each bedroom, a pullout couch and sectional that sleep two each. Two full bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer and well supplied kitchen. All bedrooms and bathrooms have linens and hairdryers available. Incredible front and back porch with chairs and tables. Fire pit out for camp fires and a gas grill. Located on ten shared acres with cabin #1. Pets are allowed in this cabin, cabin #2. However, we request that you pay a one time pet fee of $75.00 at the time of booking as this fee covers the additional wear, tear and maintenance of allowing pets to stay. If there are damages due to your pet, the damages will be assessed and billed to your credit card. If there is pet damage, please let us know about it, usually the damage will be covered by the additional pet fee already paid. Please do not attempt to hide the damage so it can be addressed prior to our next guests arrival. We are a family and recreational fishing rental. We are by no means a hunting lodge, any hunting on the property will be prosecuted. We do not allow metal detecting on our property, this is an agreement between us and the Historical Society. Please leave metal detectors at home, violation of this rule will be grounds for termination of rental.

This cabin has all the amenities needed for a getaway. It includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and smart TV's in each room. All linens are provided, as well as basic necessities (shampoo, soap, bodywash, etc) Outside is a large deck with seating and a propane grill. There's also a firepit on site.
